In Mix Tapes and Stuff, we find out that Orville has recorded several episodes of this show because he has a crush on several of the girls featured on the show. There were four main stars of the show, Lisa Welchel, Kim Fields, Mindy Cohn and Nancy McKeon. Over the years several more young adult actresses had spots on the show. Molly Ringwald, Helen Hunt, and Mayim Bialik. The first season had a large cast with teachers and more students. The cast was reduced in the second season. It ran for 8 years total.
