The Fall Wasn't a Television Thing

I was on a Kinks kick and I found the original version of “Victoria.” I first version of the song I heard was by The Fall. I don’t know how because I don’t know how many of you know this band. They were not radio faves or MTV stars unless you were awake at 2am. 

I love the Fall’s version of “Victoria.” Better yet, his accent on “Television Thing” makes the song. They didn’t do a note for note remark of “Mr. Pharmacist,” but again his accent makes the song fun.

Another 1980s British band that I found one night just looking for good music.
