Boy Lee's first kiss

Bad girl. Scary girl, Becca, kissed Lee in the final chapters of Mix Tapes and Empty Buildings. This happens because they did a group project and it goes well. As soon as it as it happens, she goes back to her boyfriend. Lee hangs on to the belief there was more to the kiss. She had to really like him to take that chance. Didn’t she? 

Boy-Lee had friends in school, he never had a close friend. Orville and Mix Tape spent a lot of time playing videogames. 

Lee is also a trendy guy. Even his sister will mock him for that. Fraternal twins Lee and Leigh try so hard to prove they are different from each other that Lee never found out who he was.

Becca never fit in with her materialistic family. She also never fit in with her own friends. She dated jocks, angry guys, and others that the town don’t talk about. 

That kiss between Lee and Becca was a moment of two lost people who didn’t know each other find a moment. I wished I could write that scene into so much more, but that story wouldn’t allow that.
