Blondie is so passe

I wrote a blog about how Blondie changed with the times. They added new characters and some characters faded. The comic has been a success for almost a hundred years.

I researched Blondie because I felt Blondie was coasting. Between May and June 2024, 29 days of comics printed in the newspaper didn’t have Blondie as the lead character. Dagwood was the lead.

We get it Dagwood is a glutton.

We get it, JC Dithers is angry.

Blondie has a catering company where people come to interview to hire her, but she never does any events.

Blondie has a business but has time to be home more than any character.

Blondie hired a baker for her business and we saw her twice.

We get it Dagwood is a glutton.

Dagwood has the money to eat at Lou’s greasy spoon diner everyday. No brown bagging lunch.
